..From every human being there rises a light that reaches straight to heaven. And when two souls that are destined to be together find each other, their streams of light flow together, and a single brighter light goes forth from their united being.

~ sana kami na talaga ng hubby ko :)

Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are.

Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.

someday, we'll all be looking back to those days we learned to love, get hurt, cry and fight.

maybe, when that time comes, we'll be laughing at our old dumb selves, realizing how stupid we were to stand up for things we knew were not really meant for us.

but i guess, learning takes time and mistakes make one's journey fun.

life is what we make it.

love makes the world go round.

so let's live, love, and take whatever pain they brings..

Love is strange and quite unreliable.. you can be totally inlove with a guy/girl today and tomorrow, you can be completely confused. take things slow. it's best to just be friends.. that's how you can keep him in your life. you must have heard this about a million times, but i'll say it again..

TRUE LOVE WAITS.

...there's no need to rush anything. it would be a good idea to keep yourself open to opportunities and not to be tied down soon.

Remember: your first love may not be your last..

[i'm just so glad that i've found my one true love. mahal kita hubby ko!!]
[and i'm all yours.ü]

sa life, maraming pagpipilian..

pwedeng piliin kita..

pwedeng sila..

pwede rin kahit sino..

pero anung ikinaiba mo? [hubbykoh]

ewan ko..

basta ako,

mahal kita.

pinili kita.

paki nila! :D

good things are not meant to last forever..

but memories are what counts in life..

when there's nothing else left, it will be the memories that mean everything :)

the ironic thing is that..

the more you center your life on someone..

the more unattractive you become to that person..

WATER :P

hindi naman ako tubig..

pero bakit kaya..

andaming uhaw sa akin?! ahehehe xD

MEREDITH GREY talking about Love

"Maybe we're not supposed to be happy. Maybe gratitude has nothing to do with joy. Maybe being grateful means recognizing what you have for what it is. Appreciating small victories. Admiring the struggle it takes simply to be human. Maybe we're thankful for the familiar things we know. And maybe we're thankful for the things we'll never know. At the end of the day, the fact that we have the courage to still be standing is reason enough to celebrate... So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it. Eventually feels a lot better than actually."

Intimacy is a four syllable word for, "Here's my heart and soul, please grind them into hamburger, and enjoy." It's both desired, and feared. Difficult to live with, and impossible to live without. Intimacy also comes attached to the three R's... relatives, romance, and roommates. There are some things you can't escape. And other things you just don't want to know.
- Grey's

At the end of the day faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don't really expect it. Its like one day you realize that the fairy tale may be slightly different than you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. And its not so important happy ever after, just that its happy right now. See once in a while, once in a blue moon, people will surprise you , and once in a while people may even take your breath away.

- Meredith Grey

At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep other people out. They fence you in. Life is messy. That's how we're made. So, you can waste your lives drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them. But there are some lines... that are way too dangerous to cross..

FACE YOUR FEARS!

Have you ever denied your feelings for someone else just because your fear of rejection was hard to handle?

We tell lies when we are afraid. Afraid of what we know, what others will think, what will be found out about us…

But every time we tell a lie, the thing we fear grows stronger.

Life is all about risks and it requires you to jump. Don’t just be a person who has to look back and wonder what they would have, or could have had because they did not took the risk.

Think about it. Taking risks means you’re tough enough to handle things on your own.

PAGMAMAHAL. . .

LOVE is..

LOVE is just a word. until someone came into your life and give it a proper meaning.ü

Love represents a range of emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept love usually refers to a strong, ineffable feeling towards another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

The English word love can have a variety of related but distinct meanings in different contexts. Often, other languages use multiple words to express some of the different concepts which English relies mainly on love to encapsulate; one example is the plurality of Greek words for "love". Cultural differences in conceptualizing love thus make it doubly difficult to establish any universal definition. American psychologist Zick Rubin try to define love by the psychometrics. His work states that three factors constitute love: attachment, caring and intimacy.

Although the nature or essence of love is a subject of frequent debate, different aspects of the word can be clarified by determining what isn't "love". As a general expression of positive sentiment (a stronger form of like), love is commonly contrasted with hate (or neutral apathy); as a less sexual and more emotionally intimate form of romantic attachment, love is commonly contrasted with lust; and as an interpersonal relationship with romantic overtones, love is commonly contrasted with friendship, though other definitions of the word love may be applied to close friendships in certain contexts. When discussed in the abstract, love usually refers to interpersonal love, an experience felt by a person for another person. Love often involves caring for or identifying with a person or thing, including oneself.

In addition to cross-cultural differences in understanding love, ideas about love have also changed greatly over time. Some historians date modern conceptions of romantic love to courtly Europe during or after the Middle Ages, though the prior existence of romantic attachments is attested by ancient love poetry. Because of the complex and abstract nature of love, discourse on love is commonly reduced to a thought-terminating cliché, and there are a number of common proverbs regarding love, from Virgil's "Love conquers all" to The Beatles' "All you need is love". Bertrand Russell describes love as a condition of "absolute value", as opposed to relative value. Theologian Thomas Jay Oord said that to love is to "act intentionally, in sympathetic response to others, to promote overall well-being".

A person can be said to love a country, principle, or goal if they value it greatly and are deeply committed to it. Similarly, compassionate outreach and volunteer workers' "love" of their cause may sometimes be borne not of interpersonal love, but impersonal love coupled with altruism and strong political convictions. People can also "love" material objects, animals, or activities if they invest themselves in bonding or otherwise identifying with that item. If sexual passion is also involved, this condition is called paraphilia.

~ Love indeed comes from a variety of meaning. and thru this blog, i`m gonna spread its meaning, preferences, experiences, and other related topics [as to quotable quotes] about LOVE. and as what the bible says [for believers and non believers]:

There are three great things that will endure -- faith, hope and love -- and the greatest of these is LOVE.
